Working orders
The Electronic work orders module is especially suitable for manufacturing companies, but is also efficient and recommended for project work. It records all work orders and work operations conducted on a project, then outputs the exact data concerning the amount of time used to perform certain jobs on individual operations.
When opening a new work order, the following data must be entered into the program: The work order number, order description and operation code. By choosing “active” or “inactive”, we control whether or not employees can access the order on the TIK terminal.
The completed or open work orders shown in the table are filtered by date, name or operation, depending on the settings. The field labelled “Total” displays the total number and time used for the data in the table.

If a user already has an open work order, the title of the work order they are currently executing is displayed, and if they do not have an open work order, the program displays the work order entry interface.
After signing into a work order, the user chooses the operation, and process of signing into a work order is finished.
The user signs out using the sign-out interface, inputting, if necessary, the number of “good/bad” items and any notes. These numbers can have different meanings for different applications.
