Offline module

The offline option enables you to easily transfer the data stored in the terminal’s internal memory using a USB flash drive or through a computer network.

Electronic keylock module

The most modern approach to opening doors without the need for keys is using a fingerprint scanner. The TIK Terminal has been upgraded with the TIKON additional module, which is used for electronic door opening.

BUSINESS UNITS Module

As the working time recorder can be installed at eight different locations, we have developed the BUSINESS UNITS module, which enables the organisation of employees, personnel management, working hour calculation, cost management and access control according to individual business unit.

E work orders

The Electronic work orders module is especially suitable for manufacturing companies, but is also efficient and recommended for project work. It records all work orders and work operations conducted on a project, then outputs the exact data concerning the amount of time used to perform certain jobs on individual operations.

Export module

The EXPORT module enables the export of working hours per income into external business systems or salary calculation programs. The final calculation for the calculation of personal income can be printed out or transferred to Word or Excel.

Balance module

The balance module enables management and inspection of working hours and leave management and their transfer from month to month. It also has a filter with which personnel databases can be organised according to individual departments.

Offline

There are companies whose employees work outside the company’s main premises, giving rise to the need for transfer of time and attendance data and data on completed work assignments from locations where it is not possible to connect to the server.

The TIK terminal can be physically transferred to any location, such as a construction site. Employees can thus easily check into their workplace and working operation at the external location. After they have finished their work, they can check out and, if necessary, enter data related to the operation.

The offline option enables you to easily transfer the data stored in the terminal’s internal memory using a USB flash drive or through a computer network. The data is transferred onto a server and can then be used to calculate hours and salaries and for analyses of the work done per work assignment or operation.
